Steps to Get Started with Premier HealthCO
Step 1 – Complete Your Labs
At Premier HealthCO, we begin every health optimization journey with a detailed review of your lab results to create a plan that is truly personalized to you.
Labs are required for your first visit.
If you do not have lab work completed within the last six months, please schedule our 15-minute Introduction Call ($75) to determine if you’re a good candidate for lab testing and to discuss the next steps for moving forward with your program.
If you do not have recent labs, you may choose to complete them through our preferred third-party partner, BuyLabWork.com, which allows you to order your own testing prior to your appointment.
🧬 Optional Pre-Visit Lab Testing
For your convenience, you may choose to complete lab work in advance through that allows individuals to order their own tests without a medical visit.

Step 2 – Schedule Your Consultation
Once your labs are complete and available, schedule your 20-minute consultation with our provider. Book Now
During this visit, your results will be reviewed in detail, and a personalized treatment plan will be created based on your goals, lab findings, and health history.
A $75 deposit is required at the time of scheduling and will be applied toward your first visit.
Please note this deposit is non-refundable if you do not attend your appointment.
Step 3 – Begin Your Program
Following your consultation, any prescribed medications will be sent to an accredited 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy.
Your medication will be shipped directly to your home with all injection supplies and medical management included.
Your program will include guidance on dosing, nutrition, and lifestyle optimization to help you achieve lasting results safely and effectively.
Step 4 – Follow-Up & Optimize
At Premier HealthCO, ongoing monitoring is essential for safe, effective, and personalized care minimum of every 10-12 weeks.
Follow-up labs are required before any refill or continuation of therapy will be considered. This process ensures your therapy remains safe, optimized, and tailored to your progress.
Failure to complete follow-up labs may delay refills or continuation of treatment.
You may choose one of the following options for your follow-up lab testing:
Cash-Pay Option: Complete follow-up labs directly through Premier HealthCO for $139.
Insurance Option: You may use your insurance at LabCorp; however, patients are responsible for any charges or fees billed by the laboratory. Premier HealthCO does not provide additional documentation or communication with insurance regarding these services.
Please note that some tests may not be covered by insurance. We recommend contacting your insurance provider or local LabCorp location before completing labs to confirm coverage and make an informed decision on which route is best for you.
